Young Engineers is looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join as Part-Time LEGO Instructors. The selected instructors will work with elementary school children, conducting fun, engaging, and hands-on LEGO-based learning activities.

No prior LEGO or teaching experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging LEGO-based educational activities for elementary school students.
• Help children learn through hands-on building, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Encourage teamwork, curiosity, and innovative thinking.
• Create a positive, friendly, and enjoyable learning environment.
• Follow the provided Young Engineers curriculum and training guidelines.
• Interact professionally with students, parents, and school staff.

Training & Development

Selected candidates will receive training from Young Engineers to help them understand the teaching methodology, activities, and classroom approach.
