Key Responsibilities

The selected professionals will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing projects and digital marketing initiatives, including:

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns from planning through execution.
• Support project management and program management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage digital marketing operations and day-to-day campaign activities.
• Coordinate and monitor social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, milestones and execution status.
• Monitor campaign performance and evaluate ROI and business outcomes.
• Prepare performance updates, reports and project status summaries.
• Identify execution gaps, delays and operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure marketing activities are delivered according to defined objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional and international teams to achieve project and campaign goals.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in Project Coordination and/or Project Management.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Operations.
• Hands-on exposure to Social Media Marketing Campaigns and Activities.
• Experience in Program Management, Executive Assistance or similar coordination roles will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor campaign execution, performance metrics and ROI.
• A professional mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
